Return Policy

Starter Pack Return Policy:

We offer hassle-free and easy returns for all orders, if there’s a problem with your starter pack (Brush handle, charger, charger plug or travel case) then return all items in the original packaging for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and order number placed inside your starter pack then return your product. To start the returns process, email returns@thehapicompany.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Subscription Return Policy

We are only able to accept returns to unopened and unused subscription pack items due to hygiene results, unless otherwise faulty.
